I haven't included carnitine yet, but I've heard of some of the benefits. Have you taken it, and if so, do you think you had noticeable results?
I haven't taken any supplements thus far, no. I know someone who takes Carnitine before running, with positive effects, e.g. more energized, less tired.
What about Carnitine? Combine the two? Or you only take Creatine? Great article, David!
